Hey guys.

As you know from my last update I've been getting really frustrated about my periods.

Yesterday was the 5th day over-due and I was in so much pain that I wanted to cry but I wasn't bleeding. I felt like I was going through pain for nothing.

So I went on the internet and did some research to see if there was anything I would do.
